Hydraulic Pump motor testing requires lot of skill and experience, we have experts within our team who follow this testing protocol on our Test bench. Each Individual pumps and motors whether it is Open loop or Close loop system requirement are having different controllers ( like On/off, Pilot operated, Proportionally operated, Electro-proportional, etc.. ) fitted on the unit which needs to be analysed in detail prior to conduct the testing.
Our trained service engineers study the configuration of hydraulic unit and its controller at first hand, plus follow prior checking with our customers on require setting data to be done on the unit to ensure zero deviation meaning just plug-n-play confidence when our customer put the unit on the machine.
On the test bench each unit follow different type of performance test and we compare the combination of parameters to see the overall unit performance with graphical & tabular presentation like :
- RPM v/s Flow condition
- Flow v/s Pressure combination
- Pressure setting and Flow settings requirement
- Pilot function v/s Flow variations
- Pressure increase v/s flow variations
- Back pressure test for each unit
- etc...
We invite our customers when we conduct test on our test bench. When we get a Test certificate at the end of the test, we feel confident on hydraulic pump/motor performance. Our customer also feel good when they receive the same with 6-month warranty which also gives them assurance on unit functioning.
